We offer several therapy and evaluation services to cater to the needs of all individuals. Whether you want to heal alone or alongside others who can relate to you, our sessions are geared toward connecting all people to their true inner selves. Services provided by Prickly Pear are ultimately offered at your own pace and with the end goal to help you tackle all of your obstacles. With any of our services, you will find that you have the ability to truly change self-defeating behaviors and habits, which will give you the ability to take back control of your life in areas you never thought possible.

Requesting Your Health Care Records
You have the right to request a copy of your mental health records
We are required to retain your records for 7 years, or 5 years after a former minor client has turned 18.
To request your records, please contact Dr. Hurtado at [email protected].
Records will be provided in accordance with Texas law and applicable privacy regulations.
Please allow for 15 business days for us to complete your request. Administrative charges may apply.
